The calculator provides an early budgeting range from the quantities and choices entered. It is not a contract, offer, appraisal, permit decision, engineering opinion, architectural service, inspection, or guaranteed bid.

Project verification

Before relying on a budget, confirm measurements, products, taxes, permits, inspections, condominium rules, access, hazardous materials, hidden conditions, trade requirements, and the final scope with qualified project professionals.

Photo and plan analysis

Automated analysis can miss, misunderstand, or misclassify project details. An ordinary photo is not a measuring tool and cannot verify hidden conditions, code compliance, plumbing routes, wiring, waterproofing, structure, or hazardous materials. You must review and confirm the proposed scope before calculation.

Price limits

Planning prices can differ from actual supplier availability, contractor pricing, property conditions, and the timing of a project. Moving plumbing, structural work, custom mortar shower bases, hidden damage, hazardous materials, and other flagged items require a separate quote.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, submit automated abusive traffic, attempt to bypass its safety controls, upload material you do not have permission to use, submit passwords or sensitive personal information, or present a calculator result as a binding quote issued by the site.
