What the calculator asks for

The calculator asks for project quantities and choices such as room size, surfaces, fixture counts, finish level, and layout decisions. It does not require a name, email address, phone number, account, or street address. Photos, plans, and documents are optional.

How calculation data is used

The entered scope is sent to the website only to prepare and return the planning estimate. If you choose file analysis, the files and conversation are placed in a temporary private job and analyzed through the site operator’s owner-local ChatGPT/Codex session. The model proposes project facts and questions; a fixed calculator, not the model, calculates the price after you confirm the summary.

Optional uploads and retention

Supported uploads are temporarily stored in private object storage. Raw files are deleted as soon as analysis finishes. An independent scheduled cleanup runs every 15 minutes, and abandoned files and their temporary job are set to expire within 24 hours of upload. Raw files are not placed in calculator results or saved estimates.

Only upload material you have permission to use. Remove names, addresses, faces, account details, signatures, access codes, and other personal or sensitive information that is not needed for renovation planning.

Technical records

The hosting provider may create limited technical logs, such as request time, browser or network information, response status, and security events, to operate and protect the website. A one-way hash derived from network information is used for short-term abuse limits; the raw network value is not placed in the analysis job.

Your choices

You can use the guided questions or full measured editor without uploading a file. You can also remove a temporary job from the current browser session. If the owner-local analysis computer is offline, the site does not accept a new upload.
