About the tool
A focused planning calculator for Toronto/GTA bathrooms.
Cost My Remodel helps homeowners and project teams organize an early bathroom budget before requesting a final site quote.
Why it exists
Replace one unsupported average with a visible scope.
The calculator separates demolition, disposal, plumbing, electrical, boards, waterproofing, tile, products, cabinetry, glass, painting, and project allowances.
Every displayed category is a final customer price before HST and reconciles to the planning total.
It shows what was included, what was excluded, and which conditions still require a contractor, trade, condominium, or permit review.
Current boundary
Toronto/GTA bathroom planning only.
- Amounts are in CAD and shown before HST.
- No account or contact details are required.
- Optional photo, dimensioned plan, and document analysis is available when the analysis service is online; guided questions and the full measured editor remain available without uploads.
- Other cities and room types are not part of the public calculator.
