Why it exists

Replace one unsupported average with a visible scope.

The calculator separates demolition, disposal, plumbing, electrical, boards, waterproofing, tile, products, cabinetry, glass, painting, allowances, and markup.

It shows what was included, what was excluded, and which conditions still require a contractor, trade, condominium, or permit review.

No account or contact details are required.
Optional photo, dimensioned plan, and document analysis is available when the analysis service is online; guided questions and the full measured editor remain available without uploads.
